The Idea – How the Show Works

It all starts when your guests arrive. The Comedy Waiters are actors who blend in with the real service staff at the beginning of your event. At first they are polite and especially attentive – then little quirks start to creep in. Guests slowly notice and begin to smile. From then on, the show takes its own, individual course – in English, German or both.

The show begins

At the start of your event our performers cannot be told apart from the real waiters. They are polite and particularly attentive to your guests. But gradually, little quirks, gestures and comments creep in – and your guests soon realise with amusement: these aren’t quite real!

Quick wit & situational comedy

Communication is at the heart of the show, and quick wit is our top priority. The situational comedy that results tempts many guests not only to laugh but to join in. The comedy waiters treat every guest with sensitivity: whoever wants to play along steps into the spotlight – whoever doesn’t can simply sit back and smile. One thing is certain: even when the waiters aren’t talking, they’re the talk of the table.

Each one crazier than the last

Every comedy waiter is a character of their own. One is so clumsy that clearing more than two glasses requires acrobatic skill – and uses his many breaks to chat with the guests. Another takes meticulous precautions while serving and is dressed with hygienic “style”. Each of them keeps the conversation going and the mood high in their own way.

The audience becomes part of the show

The action spreads throughout the room. Spectators become performers – guests and waiters are the cast of one big show. Every evening is a new production created with the audience through quick wit, situational comedy and improvisation. By now everyone knows: these waiters aren’t waiters, they’re real artists.

At home everywhere – in any language

We perform throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries – in Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin or wherever your event takes place. We perform in English, German or bilingually, so international audiences are fully included. Company celebrations, galas, trade fair evenings, Christmas parties – there’s a show variant for every occasion.

The finale – the big reveal

At the end of the evening comes the reveal: a short speech (~3 min.) discloses that they are actors from Walk Factory. We are real entertainers! This can be followed by an optional closing act (~15 min.) – or, as the grand finale, a variety stage show (~20–45 min.) in front of the whole audience.
